Customer Journey Email Marketing
As part of a CRM implementation project to automate and streamline processes, an email marketing journey was created.
With input from the Sales and Marketing leads, flows were created for each step of the customer journey.
The series of branded HTML emails were then created. The flows were thereafter put into effect through a series of email and SMS automations and engagement flows, managed through segmentation lists in the CRM.
The images shown were modified to protect the client’s proprietary process and information.
